Incubation Practice school:
BRTC, in collaboration with BIRAC, organized the inaugural Incubation Practice School to address the challenges faced by incubators in achieving self-sustainability and scaling their operations. This initiative, called BINER: Essentials of Building Sustainable Incubator Ecosystem in the NorthEast Region, aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of incubation managers and stakeholders in the Northeast. BINER 1.0 provided a comprehensive understanding of the incubation process and its crucial components. Following the success of the first edition, BINER 2.0 brought together 26 aspiring incubation managers from various institutes in the Northeast, facilitating their journey towards establishing successful incubation centers.
